Great place to work 2026

For the third time, we have taken part in the Great Place to Work survey, and once again, we were able to improve our results. We are particularly proud of this achievement because the recognition is based on the feedback of the people who shape Bruhn every day. 

A positive working environment does not develop overnight. It grows through open communication, mutual trust, and the willingness to continuously reflect, learn and improve.

The fact that we have improved once again is a shared success. A positive working environment is something we all contribute to through the way we work together, treat one another and take responsibility for each other. 

A big thank you to all our colleagues who took part in the survey and shared their experiences with us. Your feedback shows us what is already working well and, at the same time, where we still have opportunities to develop further.

For us, being certified once again is therefore not the end of the journey, but another step forward on our path together.
